To upload your documents for KYC verification, please follow the steps below:

Go to More (☰) > Account details > My Account > Upload document (KYC).

Below are the documents that we accept for KYC verification:

• 1.  Aadhar Card
• 2. Driving License
• 3. Passport
• 4. Voter ID

There are a few things to keep in mind while uploading your documents:

•  1.  Please recheck your registered details with us as those will be matched during verification.
•  2. The maximum size of the document should not exceed 5 MB.
•  3. Please upload a valid document that’s not password protected and is clear enough for verification purposes. 
•  4. The id number on your document is not masked.

Once your account is KYC verified, you will be eligible for higher add cash limits and you can enjoy hassle-free withdrawals.

Here are the most common scenarios in which the documents get rejected:

• Name Mismatch: The documents will be rejected if your first name and last name in the My11Circle account do not match with the document that you upload.
• Unclear Document: You need to provide a clear image of your document in which your name, address, date of birth and photograph can be seen clearly.
• Under-Age: To play cash games, your minimum age should be 18 years of age. If the age is less than 18 then the uploaded document will get rejected.
• Password Protected: The document will be rejected if it is password protected. You need to upload a document that is accessible.
• Incomplete Details: You need to update all your personal details in your My11Circle account before uploading your document for verification. For eg. Name, Address, Date of Birth.
• Invalid File Format: The uploaded document should be in PDF or JPG format. Any other format that is not readable will get rejected.
• Invalid ID Proof: Any documents other than the below-mentioned ones will get rejected.

We do not provide cash games in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Telangana. However, the documents uploaded from any of these states will be accepted as we do not determine the location via documents.
