  • I just made a deposit but the amount is not credited to my My11Circle account. What should I do? Arrow

    The deposits that you make are usually credited to your My11Circle account instantly. However, in some rare cases, the amount will be credited to your My11Circle account within 24 hours due to the delay from your bank's end.

    If the amount is not credited to your My11Circle account within 24 hours, then it will be refunded to your financial instrument. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your bank account depends on your mode of payment, however, the maximum duration would be 5-7 working days.

     

  • It has been over 7 working days that I’ve made a deposit on My11Circle. The amount has been debited from my bank but it’s not credited to my My11Circle account. What should I do? Arrow

    This is a case of Transaction Failure. The amount for failed transactions is usually refunded within 5-7 working days. In case the amount is not reflecting in your bank account in the above time-frame, please reach out to your bank for more details.

    Note: Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
