  • How do I withdraw my winnings into my bank account? Down Arrow

    To withdraw your winnings, make sure your KYC and PAN are verified and that your bank account is validated. Once done, follow these steps:

    • Tap the 'More' button (☰)
    • Select 'Withdrawals'
    • Tap 'Request Withdrawal'
    • Enter the amount
    • Enter your bank details (this is a one-time setup)

  • When does the withdrawn amount get credited to my bank account? Down Arrow

    There are two types of withdrawals:

    1. Instant Withdrawals: You have a set number of withdrawals per day, and these withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes.
    2. Regular Withdrawals: These are regular withdrawals, and processing time for Regular Withdrawals is shown on the "Withdrawal" page.

  • What documents are accepted for KYC verification? Down Arrow

    We accept the following documents for KYC verification:

    • Aadhaar Card
    • Driving License
    • Passport
    • Voter ID
    No B&W Image
    No Blurred Image

    Important Tips

    • Check your details carefully because they will be matched during verification.
    • Make sure the document size is smaller than 5 MB.
    • Upload a clear document that is not password- protected.
    • The ID number on your document should be fully visible.

  • Why was my KYC rejected? Down Arrow

    Given below are some common reasons why your document might be rejected and what you can do to fix it.


    Document Quality

    • Unclear/Tampered/Blurred Document - Photo, name, address, DOB should be clearly visible.
    • Black and White Document - Only original copies are allowed - no photocopy or black & white images
    • Both sides needed - Both sides of the document are necessary for KYC.

    No Blurred Image
    No Cuts Image
    No Reflection

    Document Mismatch

    • Name Mismatch - Name on My11Circle & uploaded document should be same.
    • Pincode Mismatch - Pincode on My11Circle & uploaded document should be same.
    • Front-Back Mismatch - Document number on front & back pages should be same.

    Eligibility

    • Restricted Age Group - Users under 18 cannot play cash games on My11Circle.
    • Restricted State - Users from Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana cannot play cash games.

    Identity Verification

    • Duplicate ID - The document uploaded is blurred or unclear. Please try again with a clear document. Uploaded document is already linked to another account.
    • Invalid ID Proof - Only the following documents are accepted - Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.
